Hello, we're Mat and Andrea, and we're on incredible journeys of self-discovery and transformation.
I'm Mat, and I've spent over 20 years in the construction industry. At one point, I even reached the pinnacle of mountain biking on the world stage. However, the demands of my construction career led me to dedicate all my time to work, prompting me to reevaluate the direction of my life.
And I'm Andrea, a nurse with 15 years of experience in a demanding career. I dedicated so much of my life to nursing that it left me with insufficient time for my family. This realization became the catalyst for my own transformative journey.
Together, we've learned valuable lessons about courage, setting boundaries, self-care, and the importance of self-love and personal empowerment. We recognized the need to shift our priorities, and now we're committed to inspiring and empowering others to embark on their own paths of self-discovery and growth.
